Yes. Creating an account needs only an email address, a password and your date of birth (14+). It takes less than a minute.

Up to 14 days ahead, and at least 5 minutes before the start of your slot.

The minimum length is 60 minutes and the maximum is 120 minutes. If the table is free, you can extend your booking up to 180 minutes. For longer, you need to make a new booking.

Up to 4 people can play at one table. The price is per table, not per player.

Yes, if the new time is at the same or a lower price. If you pick a more expensive slot you need to make a new booking, with the value of the old one deducted according to the change terms.

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

No. Payment is made entirely online. This lets us run the venue without staff and offer 24/7 access.

Yes. If you cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the booking you receive a 100% refund in the form of credits. Between 24 and 2 hours before the start, 50% is refunded. If you cancel within the last 2 hours, the fee is not refunded.

The amount is refunded immediately in the form of credits in your account.

In case of a no-show, the booking amount is not refunded.

After your booking is confirmed you will receive a 6-digit PIN code. Enter it on the keypad by the entrance to unlock the door.

The PIN code is active from 20 minutes before the start of the booking until 10 minutes after it ends.

Check that you are using the code within the active time window and that your payment has been successfully confirmed.
